Condition Summary:

a) Examined under plexiglass; artwork appears to be in very good condition. Frame is in good condition, with splitting at all four mitres and general wear and tear.
b)Examined under glass; artwork appears to be in very good condition. Frame is in fair condition with general wear and tear including scratches and areas of paint loss.
c) Examined under plexiglass; very small hole in paper, 4 inches in from lower right hand corner. Otherwise painting appears to be in good condition. Frame is in good condition with general wear and tear.
